Board of Managers
CIRBN is managed by a board made up of key stakeholders from the community. These members communicate with interested parties throughout the region to guide the growth of CIRBN and ensure its success well into the future.
Doug has 25+ years of experience as Chief Information Officer and Vice President of Business Services at Heartland Community College. Doug earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Technology, Applied Computer Science; and his Master of Business Administration, both at Illinois State University. He is an avid hockey fan of the Chicago Blackhawks, and enjoys playing hockey locally at the Pepsi Ice Center.
Bob is the City Administrator at the City of Pontiac. Bob joined the CIRBN Board because he loves the competitive edge CIRBN provides the City of Pontiac when attracting and retaining businesses within his community.
Rob has 40+ year of experience working in the banking industry, retiring as a Community President for one our local Bloomington/Normal banks. Since retiring from banking, he is working as a business advisor, helping organizations in Central Illinois reach their organizational goals. Rob earned his Masters of Business Administration in Banking, from the University of Chicago, with emphasis in Banking, Corporate Finance, and Securities Law.
Pam has 25 years of experience in municipal administration, most recently being named the Town of Normal City Manager.
Dan has an extensive financial background in higher education and corporate finance. He currently serves as the Vice President for Finance and Planning at Illinois State University. Dan earned his Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of North Florida.
